All of my June favorites and all under $20!
Women’s Mossimo Rose Gold® Lucita Flip Flop
For me, flip flops are a summer must and Target is now carrying a pair in rose gold. Price may vary from store to store, or online, but I got mine on sale at my local store for $13.99. The sandals are comfortable and a great option in comparison to traditional metallic colors like silver or bronze.
Essie Nail Polish in Fear or Desire
I love this nail polish on my toes! It’s a refreshing change from the blue-toned reds that I tend to wear the rest of the year. This is only one of six polishes that Essie has brought out for their summer collection. If you’re looking for something new but orange isn’t right for your skin tone, try checking out their web site for other ideas. I bought mine online for $8.
Shea Moisture – Organic Raw Shea Chamomile & Argan Oil – Baby Healing Lotion
I picked this up at Walgreens after a friend suggested that I give it a try. I have pretty sensitive skin that is prone to hives but this lotion gave me no trouble at all. The scent may be a little strong for some, but I find it to be very soothing. The cost was $9.99 at my local store.
Carmex Moisture Plus Ultra Hydrating Lip Balm
Like many people, dehydration during the hot months tends to dry out my lips, regardless of my water intake. I’ve been wearing this lip balm from Carmex in place of lipstick for the last month and it’s helped me to keep my lips from chapping. I picked mine up at the drugstore for under $10.
Essential Cucumber & Lime Oils
Essential oils can be a great alternative to perfumes or colognes. You can find plenty of places to buy oils online but I’m lucky enough to have a shop close by that makes their own. During the winter, I tend to enjoy warmer scents like cinnamon or sandalwood, but in the summer I go for invigorating scents like cucumber or lime. The price will vary, depending on the store, but they are usually well under $20 each.
So there you have it! These are my June favorites and all can be found for under $20. If you have any June favorites that you’d like to share, post them in the comments!
